Accommodations - The Wilderness Club Lodge

Our Golfers have the option of staying right on property of the Wilderness Club. The Lodge at the Wilderness Club offers eight rooms with private baths. Either a single bed or double bed room that offers privacy and convenience.

The Lodge was originally built as accommodations for property owners of the Wilderness Club who hadn't yet built their home. This allowed property owners to enjoy the Wilderness Club golf course while staying on property. GMS now has access to these accommodations.

The Lodge has eight private rooms with private baths, and a dining room that opens for breakfast . The Lodge sits right on the golf course so all you need to do each morning is wake-up, have breakfast downstairs, and then walk out the door to start your GMS Program.

Glacier National Park, known as the "Crown Jewel" of the National Park System, sits astride the Continental Divide in northwestern Montana.  While hiking, the visitor to Glacier National Park is treated to countless mountain peaks, alpine lakes and glaciers, and astounding displays of wildflowers.

Fishing is a popular activity in the park and some of the finest fly fishing in North America can be found in the streams that flow through the park. Though the park requires that those fishing understand the regulations, no permit is required to fish the waters within the park boundary.

Lake Koocanusa

Koocanusa was created by the completion of the Libby Dam in 1972.  The 90 mile-long lake extends from Northwest Montana up to British Columbia and has a maximum depth of 370 feet.

Lake Koocanusa offers a variety of recreational opportunities.  Boating, water sports, fishing, lakeshore camping, and picnicking are just a few of the activities recreation enthusiasts enjoy.  Sport fishing is very popular on Lake Koocanusa.  Sport fish include: brook trout, kokanee salmon, Kamloops, ling, rainbow trout, and whitefish.
