Dear Jeff,

Thank you for a very enjoyable and enlightening 3 days, GMS is a great set up and I hope to return one day. I played 36 holes this weekend. Made par on the opening hole (longest and hardest over 400 yards uphill) both days, once by chipping to a foot and today by hitting a 2 iron to 6 feet out of rough, lipped the putt. All told, I chipped within a foot 5 times, chipped in from 15 yards for a 3 on the third and made 3 “Sandys”. My shot of today was a 3 iron on the 180 yard, par three 17th to 9 inches, almost an ace.

Yesterday evening I took my wife for a GMS chipping lesson and to work on her PLAN, today she ran off 7 straight pars from holes 9 to 15 and shot 40 on the back, 4 better than her best ever! Maybe I should be a teacher instead of a Player! All this and it has only been 3 days since Florida.

The PLAN is working!

I’ve played 4 times since our Southern Hills class in late January.

My best round was an 88 -- that's the lowest score I've had in a year. I'm hitting the ball better--more solid shots. My iron play is more solid and I’m making a PLAN on every shot and trying to maintain that discipline. My buddy who is an 80's shooter commented how many good shots I hit - especially my shots to the gree,n which I now have more confidence in.

Jeff,

I received more meaningful training from these three days than I expected. I have done nothing but promote Golf Made Simple since being back home.

Since getting back home, I have not been able to continue to practice my drills. But I kept a 4 iron in my small condo in Boston to practice my drills in order to train my muscles.

I will be out West in early May and will be able to show my new game to my colleagues. I am confident that I will reduce my strokes by 10 after playing several rounds. I am around mid to upper 90's. When I reach 85 consistently, I'll be back to bring it down another 5-7 stokes.

Hi Scott,

Thanks again for a great experience during our recent golf school. And now that I’ve gotten home and had a chance to think through everything you taught us, I’m seeing even more dramatic improvement. I haven’t hit a snap hook with my driver in the last 36 holes. My ball striking is very solid and I’m optimistic that I’m going to get that extra distance I need.

I really like the GMS approach. I think Tick-Tock and the Belly Swing Drills are worth the price of admission. Everything else is just a bonus.

Thanks again for last week.

I worked out today and used tick tock. Great shots over and over. Also used the Riding Hands Drill.

Played in Palm Springs on Monday. On the Back Nine I scored a one over par – 37!

It was my ability to settle down and play well on the back nine after an average front, that I can say that I learned from this round. Anyhow, I'll keep in touch, and thanks for the drills.

Yesterday I only got in 14 holes before dark, but I was only 4 over par until that point! Incredible! Out of the 14 rounds I’ve played, I’m averaging 1.93 putts - if you remember putting was my biggest challenge when I came to see you! Every aspect of my game is better since I visited you.
