Ristoranté Brissago - With fresh ingredients flown in weekly from Italy. Enjoy regionally made pastas, cheeses, prosciutto, olive oils and desserts as well as a wonderful selection of Italian wines. Truly authentic Italian cuisine served in a romantic setting, amid spectacular views of the Wisconsin countryside
Grand Café - Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner ... the Grand Café offers a casual, airy setting featuring contemporary American cuisine as well as dishes influenced by French, Spanish and Italian cooking. The seasonal menu reflects the scents and flavors of the changing midwestern seasons, and offers healthy dining options from low carb to low-calorie, as well as sinfully delicious desserts. And don't miss the breakfast buffet.
On Friday evenings - try the seafood buffet. Featuring three fresh hot seafood items, as well as chilled Snow Crab clusters and jumbo peel and eat shrimp. Fresh salad bar and three different kinds of pasta salad are also included.
